Exercise for New Mums with Jen
“Stage 1” – Bums, Tums and Little Ones (underway, Mondays at 11.30)
6 week progressive class at Twist Studios. For new mums who have had their first medical check up (babies 6-8weeks+)
Class will consist of gentle pelvic floor, core and glute work progressing on to light body weight exercises with Babies on a mat in front of mothers.
After 6 weeks, participants can then choose to progress to “stage 2” or repeat “stage 1.”
“Stage 2” – Legs, Bums and Mums (starting soon)
6 week progressive class for mums with babies 12 weeks +
Bodyweight exercises aimed to strengthen, tone and improve general fitness ready for the toddler stage!
After 6 weeks, participants can then choose to progress to “stage 3” or repeat “stage 2.”
“Stage 3” – Buggies in the park
6 week progressive class – more intensive workout for mummies with babies of 20 weeks +
This will be an outdoor class where buggies and babies will be incorporated into the workout where appropriate (bring a baby sling if you have one!)
Any children up to 2 years welcome.
