Yoga Flow with Emma-Jane Bunn

An open level flow class tailored to the needs of the weekly attendee’s; this class focuses on promoting balance and stability, stress reduction and healthy posture. You’ll not only increase your mobility and flexibility, but also cultivate a strong and healthy connection between your body and mind.

Emma began practicing Yoga regularly as rehabilitation after a car accident in which she broke her right femur and had to have several operations to repair the damage. She credits Yoga with positively changing the relationship she has with her body and enabling her to move through her life with a clearer mind, and through teaching she hopes to help others to find the same connection with themselves.

Emma completed her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, India with Noah McKenna and has a keen interest in Mindfulness; it’s applications in managing stress and it’s scientifically proven effects on the brain. She applies Mindfulness-based techniques to her teaching and encourages students to practice with self-inquiry, curiosity, and compassion.
