Our Forest Hill studio is where it all started, when Twist Studios was founded in 2009. Located in the heart of the area, the studio is a few minutes’ walk from Forest Hill Station and we are within easy reach of surrounding areas such as Dulwich, Sydenham, Catford and Brockley/Honor Oak by car, bike or public transport.
Don’t let our location or your ability to travel be a problem – we also provide virtual training sessions so you can work out in the comfort of your own home.
