Sonny Phung is a Calisthenics practitioner who has competed in Calisthenics competitions during his early years. Having an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of body-mechanics, he focuses on freedom of movement as the foundation principle for any practice.
Since becoming a Personal Trainer, he has not only been able to help individuals improve their athletic abilities, but also expand their knowledge on general health & physical wellbeing – as the saying goes “Knowledge is power”.
