Darius is an experienced, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Personal Trainer with a passion for delivering fun, varied and effective 1:1 sessions. Over the past six years he has enjoyed helping others to achieve their fitness goals, improving his knowledge and developing skills across a wide range of fitness activities. Utilising a select package of training techniques, he is now able to offer a fully customised service to the highest professional standard based around yoga, cardiovascular development and resistance training. His aim is to help his clients build strength, improve freedom of movement and to bring an overall sense of well-being.
