I discovered my passion for fitness after getting my own personal trainer for the first time. I had been going to the gym for many years but never really knew what I was doing! With the support and guidance of a trainer I fell in love with weight training, building muscle and getting stronger.
I soon realised that I wanted to help others feel stronger, fitter and more confident too, so I qualified as a personal trainer myself. Being a mum of three kids I understand how hard it can be to achieve your fitness goals around the demands of everyday life and want to support my clients in finding creative ways to make training work for them.
As a trainer I will be your biggest cheerleader, and will always motivate you to achieve your goals. I keep training fun, varied and accomplishable! I promise you will always leave our sessions with a smile (and a sweat!).
