My personal training story begins five years ago when I joined a gym for the first time, starting with basic workouts that made me feel good but without any specific goals to achieve. I started setting myself small targets which I built up over time and quickly saw both my physical fitness and emotional wellbeing improve drastically.
The new-found discipline and focus I found at the gym led me to qualify as a personal trainer and gym instructor (levels 2 and 3). Today I am fully committed to this profession, alongside preparing myself for the Bodybuilding Championships (in the Bikini Fitness category) and continuing to learn more about all areas of personal fitness so that I can grow as a trainer.
I celebrate each and every step of my clients’ successes and hope that my enthusiasm for training will rub off on everyone I work with! I never imagined that fitness could lead me to where I am today, so I’m here to show you that nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it. Let’s train together!
