From a young age I was always interested in fitness, an interest that has grown over the years into a passion, leading me to complete the Level 3 Personal Training Certification in 2012.
I have competed in a number of races and marathons, and am continuously looking for the next challenge to push my mind and body to the limits!
I have worked (and trained) at Twist for over 10 years, and I’m a member of the Personal Training Management Team.
Alongside Personal Training, I run several of the fitness classes at Twist, incorporating the knowledge and skills I have gained over the years. Specialist areas include pre and post natal, weight loss and strength training.
