My approach is Tough love, I’m that no nonsense malevolent teddy bear that will not accept petty excuses. Although tough and demanding, I’m also fun and fair.
I like to keep you motivated by making exercise fun and varied, but also achievable. Physical activity shouldn’t feel like a chore, it should be enjoyable and satisfying. With my support and the right strategy, your goals shall be attainable.
I believe in an integrated process of physical activity, mental reflection, social engagement and emotional awareness.
My sessions utilise functional movement along with specific strengthening and flexibility exercises to achieve balanced physical function. I don’t make clients follow one dimensional monotonous regimes, my method is to discover the fitness activities that each client finds most engaging and rewarding, whether it be weights, animal movements or with my magic boxing mitts! Together we’ll get results with consistency, variety and persistence.
