I have been working for Twist Studios since 2019. I have qualifications in personal training and in boxing. My approach is: ‘tough love’! I will make sure you are challenged at every session, and help you exceed your own expectations. Although I like to push my clients to their max, I make it fun at the same time.
I keep my clients motivated by making every session varied, but also achievable. Physical activity shouldn’t feel like a chore, it should be enjoyable and satisfying! With my support and the right strategy in place, I will help you reach your fitness goals in record time.
I believe in an integrated process of physical activity, mental reflection, social engagement and emotional awareness. I like to consider myself a friend and mentor to my clients, alongside being their PT. At Twist we care about the whole person and their life outside the studio too.
My sessions utilise functional movement along with specific strengthening and flexibility exercises to achieve balanced physical function supporting everyday movements, for example using imbalanced weights to build core strength. I don’t make clients follow one-dimensional monotonous regimes, but instead create a tailored program that is engaging and rewarding for each client; whether that’s with weights, animal movements or with my magic boxing mitts! With consistency, variety and persistence, I get my clients the results they are looking for.
