I understand the barriers some people face in staying active and achieving their goals – long hours behind a desk, work trips, family…it is easy to feel too busy or tired. Prioritising my health and fitness again and realising how much stronger, energised, and happier it made me feel, spurred me on to attain my Level 3 Personal Training qualification in 2019.

I have a special interest in supporting midlife women navigate through the transition of peri to post menopause and the benefits of exercise and strength training for maintaining muscle mass and bone density as well as improving sleep, raising energy levels and reducing stress. I am training for my CIMSPA recognised,Meno Strength® certificate to support a vibrant, independent midlife and beyond…prevention is better than cure.
